4. Delivery & Parcel Fees
Nairobi Delivery Fee: From KES 300 – 1,500 (depending on location).
Parcel Fee (Upcountry via Wells Fargo): From KES 450 – 5,000, depending on destination and weight.
Parcel fee is paid upfront as a commitment to collect the package upon arrival.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
5. Payment Terms
We accept Pay on Delivery within Nairobi.
For upcountry deliveries, the Wells Fargo parcel fee must be paid in advance.
Payment confirms your commitment to receive and collect your order.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch without charges.
Once dispatched, delivery or parcel fees already paid are non-refundable.
